What is Quest?

A mental health companion built for women navigating midlife. After a short onboarding, you talk to her by text or voice. She remembers what you share, notices the patterns you keep circling back to, and is available whenever you want to talk. No waiting list, no schedule, no judgment.

How much is Quest?

Quest offers a short trial when you sign up. After the trial, your membership continues at the price shown at checkout. One plan, full access. No tiers, no upsells. The exact price and renewal cadence are shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

What happens after my trial ends?

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Note that deleting the app or signing out does not cancel your subscription.

Where do I find my subscription?

It depends where you bought it. On the web, open Quest and go to Settings → Membership. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage it in your store account. Not sure which applies? Email hello@questapp.ai and we'll look it up.

What if I'd like to cancel?

Canceling turns off automatic renewal but you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Cancel from Settings inside the app. If you bought through the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quest → Cancel. Through Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions → Quest → Cancel. Or email hello@questapp.ai and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Quest isn't right for you, we offer a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Email hello@questapp.ai with the email on your account and we'll process it within 24 hours.

How do I contact you?

Use the chat bubble at the bottom-right of any page, or inside the app under Settings → Help Center. You can also email hello@questapp.ai. Real humans on this end. We reply within 24 hours.

When will I see results?

It depends. Your starting point matters: whether you're also working with a therapist, how deep-rooted the patterns are, and how consistently you show up. Some women notice shifts in mood and self-awareness within the first couple of weeks. For others it takes longer, especially when the roots go deeper. Every path looks different, and that's okay.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Conversations with Quest are encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used to train outside models. They exist for one reason: so Quest can keep getting to know you. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
